Good Telemarketers but bad dealers!

I've been looking for cars online using the GO website and found a few I liked with Nissan Arapahoe (South Littleton) so I had several phone conversations with Spencer and Samantha (mgr) they suggested I come test drive these cars at their GO Supersale at Invesco field. I made sure to ask if I would be able to drive on the open road, no problem I was told. So I make the journey to Invesco, making my husband do the same from across town only to find this was such a scam. I got handed off to a salesperson who had no idea of my wants therefore making all my phone calls irrelevant. So I explain that I want to test drive a 3.5 Maxima and Altima. He tried to put me in a couple 2.5 engines, wasting his own time. Finally once in the driver seat he informs me that we can only circle the small gated off portion of the parking lot while tons of people are in the way so I could only drive around 15 miles an hour. Not a very effective test drive! Then I was also told I would get a $10 gas card which did not happen. Called back Monday to notify Samantha of my disappointments and she couldn't have cared less, while supplies lasted she said, all gone..So these dealers will call you day and night but when you're face to face they don't cater to your needs and if they want profit from me they'll have to work for it.

Best service you'll ever find!

I switched to Infiniti of Littleton when they first opened because of their proximity and because I didn't trust Infiniti of Denver. I can't say much about the sales department but I have dealt with the service department regularly for 3 years now. The service department is the best there is! Ryan Roe is the technician I schedule and consult through and he really knows his stuff. The whole department works around your schedule and they tell you straight what the problem is and what needs to be done. If you have an Infiniti in the Denver area, call Ryan at service and get your work done there.

You might want to try somewhere else

I haven't had the best of luck with this dealership. Most of the people I have dealt with there were not friendly nor caring. They are also more expensive than some of the other I dealerships I have dealt with. They were unable to resolve the last problem I had. I waited 3-4 hours for the service and then was charged a rather sizeable amount. I consulted another dealership about the problem and they resolved the issue in 5 minutes flat. On the positive-side, I did have some recall-work done here. They were very timely in getting it done and it was done right the first time.
